We believe in a holistic approach when it comes to all aspects of performance. Greg Hawthorne is a Certified Athletic Trainer who currently works as a Rehabilitation Specialist for the Air Force. Greg spent nearly a decade working with elite level athletics. Has worked for the Carolina Panthers, Florida State University, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Detroit Lions, the Rhein Fire in Dusseldorf, Germany, and both Michigan State University and The University of Michigan Athletics. He has implemented Human Performance programs with great success in a variety of populations, ranging from high caliber athletes to the geriatric population. Greg has a hunger for knowledge and the need to use that knowledge to help individuals perform and function at their optimum level.
Greg’s passion is making the complicated simple so that everyone can understand their own body and how to get it to function optimally in today’s society. Greg takes the knowledge and processes he has learned through working with elite level athletics as well as the D.O.D. and brings it to everyone. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan. He received his Master of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, where he trained in the practice of Osteopathic Medicine and also taught courses. Greg Hawthorne has combined his experience and education to develop a holistic approach to human performance.
